During outdoor yoga classes, students stay at a safe distance from others while practicing, free of enclosed spaces, while enjoying nature and an in-person connection. Yoga is ‘union,’ and when it’s practiced outdoors, the union with nature, humanity, and the universe is truly felt.

In Yoga nidra, the goal is to move into a deep state of conscious, awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation with awareness. This state involves moving from consciousness while awake to dreaming and then to not-dreaming while remaining awake — going past the unconscious to the conscious. A 30 minute flow begins the class with a 60 minute meditation/nidra. All levels welcome.

This yoga studio is wonderful. The instructors are fantastic and very attune to student needs and levels making sure that everyone is comfortable no matter your level of expertise. Class sizes are smaller allowing for more individual attention. I’ve tried several different classes so far and love them all! Always looking forward to my next class.
