Annette’s journey into yoga began about fourteen years ago. She started practicing as part of her exercise routine but soon realized that yoga came with many more benefits. Yoga forced her to slow down, stay in the present moment, and ease her mind.
Throughout her years of practicing, she found that whatever she needed that day, she received during her yoga practice. Annette finished her yoga teacher training May 2019 and has been enjoying teaching classes to adults and children ever since.
Her goal during class is to cultivate a personal experience for each student through the combination of breath work, physical movement, intention setting, and meditation.
